Adult Education & Employment
Guilford Child Development is committed to providing pathways for the entire family unit to achieve success and reach its full potential. These pathways include free on-site access to educational programs like GED and ESOL, personal enrichment classes, and job training – all of which are available through the Family Success Center program and the High Point Opportunity Center at Staley.
Guilford Child Development’s Family Success Center
The Family Success Center is an integrated services program funded by United Way of Greater Greensboro to help low-income families further their education and acquire the skills necessary to secure and maintain sustainable employment, and improve their overall well-being.
With most classes conveniently located in Guilford Child Development’s Central Office, participants can attend classes while their children are cared for on-site by highly qualified childcare professionals – and at no cost to their family.
