FAMILY SUCCESS CENTER: YOUR PATH TO SUCCESS STARTS HERE
Children & Families First is committed to providing pathways for families to succeed at home, school and work. These pathways include access to adult education courses, employment training, and personal coaching through our Family Success Center.
WHAT iS THE FAMILY SUCCESS cENTER?
The Family Success Center is a program created and funded by the United Way of Greater Greensboro to empower families challenged by poverty. With the help of a collaborative network of community partners, the Family Success Center provides you with educational opportunities and resources to improve your quality of life. Membership gets you access to free classes, a personal Success Coach, and on-site childcare while you learn, and all at no cost to you.
tOP 5 REASONS TO JOIN THE FAMILY SUCCESS CENTER
- It’s FREE. There is no charge to become a member, but participants must live in Greensboro.
- Personalized coaching. Don’t worry about reaching your goals alone. We pair you with a personal Success Coach to help keep you motivated and on track.
- Flexible scheduling. With classes offered Monday-Friday, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m., you can choose the classes that are convenient for you.
- Meals and free childcare provided daily. Our qualified teaching staff is here to care for your child while you learn. Children not currently enrolled in Head Start or the public school system are eligible. As an added bonus, healthy meals are prepared by our caterer for you to enjoy daily.
- Graduation ceremony. All of your hard work is celebrated with a special graduation ceremony for you and your family.
