Search. All of our information comes from a
database administered and maintained by the
Regional Child Care
Resources & Referral program. This search will
provide you with child care referrals in Guilford
County.
Regional Child Care
Resources & Referral of Guilford Child Development is a
non-profit ,
United Way organization whose goal is to promote and
encourage quality child care in the Triad area.
Our service consists of non-biased referrals, not
recommendations. Only legally operating
child care programs and providers may list their
information in the RCCR&R database. The NC
Division of Child Development defines "legally
operating", and regulates child care in the state of
North Carolina. All programs that list with RCCR&R
do so free of charge and without bias with regard to
race, ethnicity, gender, religion, handicap, and/or
national origin.
While you look for child care,
please remember:
- The information we collect is
very important to give you the best referral(s) for
your individual situation, so we ask that you please
complete all required information.
- The confidentiality of our
clients is of utmost importance. All personal
information collected is kept CONFIDENTIAL and will
not be sold, traded, or made available to outside
sources.
- This data is also used to
assist state and local agencies understand and plan
effectively to address child care needs in our
community.
The referral list will consist of
up to 10 child care providers based on the criteria you
enter. In order to ensure fairness to all of our
child care providers who are in our database, providers
who meet your specified criteria will be picked at
random.
It is your right and
responsibility to seek as much information as you can in
order to choose child care that best meets the needs of
your family. While we encourage you to use our
search, we also ask that you contact our Parent
Counselors with any questions, comments, or concerns.
